I have been coming here for more than 35 years (first when the office was located in Scranton). I originally had periodontal work done and over the course of years, 3 dental implants. Now I go for regular cleanings. Doctors Brian & Kristen Frantz are awesome to work with & take the time to explain all procedures in detail. My dental hygienist (Marissa) is friendly & professional & worth traveling from Pittson for regularly scheduled appointments. I am extremely happy with the professional & friendly service of the staff from greeting to check out. Having a very difficult past with dental procedures and issues, I was beyond resistant and was procrastinating making necessary dental appointments. From the moment I called Perio Health, I felt at ease just from the conversation with the receptionist. Then I met Dr Bryan and cannot begin to adequately describe the amazing care and concern he demonstrated within the first 2 minutes. There is no doubt Dr Bryan, as well as Dr Kristen, have their patients' best interest at heart. They have both taken extra time and have brought me in for several consultations making sure I was in agreement and at ease with everything recommended. I literally cannot recommend this dental group enough. I no longer dread going to the dentist or experience the uncertainty prior to my dental appointments. The dental hygienists, especially Nora, are efficient, smart and friendly! Dr.Frantz is amazingly talented! He always takes time to explain the problem, procedures and recommendations to me. He answers every question I have and ensure that I am comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Frantz is my primary Periodontist, but there is a team approach in the office and the other doctors in the office consulted and reviewed my case.
